This website is about the anchor promoter of the Prag Jyoti Textile Park, Industrialist Shri Hemant Vyas have been striving hard to transform the district DARANG into a mini Surat.

His vision to transform this small district a major textile hub of Assam got a boost when Prag Jyoti Textile Park got final appropriate approval from Ministry of Textiles (Govt of India).

The Prag Jyoti Textile Park shall be a Trend shetter and shall brighten up the future of entire textile industry of North East, including Handlooms. Assam will be a new star on Horizon of Indian Textile Industry.

This will be the first textile park of north – East and might be of the country which shall have the textile manufacturing units from YARN TO FASHIONS.

Once the textile park is fully operational it will have significant impact on the livelihood of the locals.
